Cor Unum Parent Permission Form
Cor Unum Meal Center, located in Lawrence, MA, provides a restaurant style meal to it’s guest each day for breakfast and dinner. Monthly, students in grades 8-12 and some faculty and staff members join the service team as waitstaff and bussers. We serve approximately 200 people with a smile, a warm heart and a warm meal. Students must have a permission slip on file AND be on that month’s list of volunteers. To reserve a spot students must email Mrs. Deignan.
