The Middle School Program
The Academy’s Middle School program provides students an outstanding opportunity for challenging course work in humanities, math and science classes to help students explore new disciplines, think critically, challenge themselves and hone skills.
Small class sizes ensure that your child is known and valued by our faculty and staff. Students receive personalized attention and supports. For students who qualify in math and English, advanced study is offered through the Honors program. STEM-based learning experiences are incorporated into every classroom, most especially in the makerspace lab.
All students in grades 6-8 are issued a Chromebook for their use throughout the school year. Students work and learn within the Google Classroom platform in addition to using the device to explore research website and other learning tools.
Our mission-driven and values-based education focuses on faith formation, character building, cultural diversity, and community service that is unparalleled in other schools. Your child will thrive in an environment that encourages the virtues of hard work, perseverance, respect, justice, and service to others. The classroom and daily schedule provide an orderly learning process with the flexibility to ensure your child refines his/her voice and utilizes his/her gifts, imagination and curiosity, in a close-knit community where learning is challenging and fun.
