Director of Enrollment Management
The Director of Enrollment Management serves as a member of the School’s Leadership Team and reports to the President. The Director provides strategic leadership for all enrollment functions and translates strategy into effective tactics that recruit, enroll, and retain students and families whose values, aspirations, and educational goals align with the School’s Catholic mission. With a strong sense of urgency and accountability, the Director leads enrollment efforts across grades Pre-K–12 to stabilize, grow, and sustain enrollment in a competitive educational landscape.
Core Responsibilities
Enrollment Strategy & Admissions
- Develop and execute a multi-year enrollment strategy guided by application and enrollment targets by grade and division.
- Own the full admissions funnel (inquiry to application to acceptance to enrollment), monitoring and improving conversion at each stage.
- Establish clear enrollment KPIs, including inquiry growth, application yield, acceptance yield, net enrollment, and net tuition revenue.
- Lead the varied admissions processes at all entry points, ensuring consistent standards and timely decision-making.
- Manage CRM systems and enrollment data to support forecasting, cohort analysis, and weekly reporting.
- Act as the School’s primary point of contact for the Department of Homeland Security, serve as the Principal Designated School Official (PDSO) in SEVIS, and oversee other DSOs, manage Form I-17 updates, and facilitate School recertification.
Outreach & Pipeline Development
- Expand and diversify the enrollment pipeline through proactive outreach to current and prospective feeder schools, parishes, early-childhood centers, and community organizations.
- Increase the volume and quality of mission-aligned inquiries through targeted geographic and demographic strategies.
- Serve as the School’s primary enrollment ambassador at recruitment events, school fairs, and community gatherings.
- Activate parent, alumni, and faculty ambassadors to support relationship-based recruitment.
Marketing & Communications Collaboration
- Partner closely with Marketing/Communications to ensure enrollment priorities drive campaign strategy and messaging.
- Translate the School’s Catholic mission, academic strengths, and student outcomes into compelling enrollment narratives.
- Evaluate enrollment-related marketing investments using cost-per-inquiry, cost-per-applicant, and yield metrics.
- Ensure admissions communications are timely, personalized, and aligned across platforms.
Retention & Re-Enrollment
- Develop and implement a comprehensive retention strategy focused on student persistence and family satisfaction.
- Set and monitor retention KPIs by grade, division, and key transition years.
- Collaborate with division leaders to identify at-risk students and intervene early.
- Analyze attrition data, conduct exit interviews, and lead corrective action planning.
- Oversee annual re-enrollment processes, timelines, and family communications.
Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Produce regular enrollment dashboards and forecasts for senior leadership and the Board.
- Monitor competitive trends, demographic shifts, and pricing dynamics impacting enrollment.
- Use historical data to model enrollment scenarios and inform staffing and budgeting decisions.
- Continuously refine processes to improve responsiveness, efficiency, and family experience.
Leadership & Accountability
- Lead, supervise, and evaluate enrollment staff and volunteers, as applicable.
- Establish clear performance expectations and accountability within the enrollment department.
- Serve as an active member of the School’s leadership team, contributing to institutional planning.
- Promote a professional, service-oriented, and mission-driven enrollment culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Education, Business, Marketing, or related field).
- Demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and the mission of the NDA.
Experience
- 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience that would translate – directly or indirectly – to a role in admissions or enrollment management.
- Proven success in change leadership that would be leveraged in improving enrollment outcomes in a competitive market.
- Experience in a Catholic or independent Pre-K–12 school strongly preferred.

Grade 4 Classroom Teacher
The Academy of Notre Dame in Tyngsboro, MA is seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and student-centered educator to join our Elementary School faculty for the 2026–2027 academic year. These positions work under the direction of the Lower School Principal, Intervention Lead Teacher, and Classroom Teacher to help create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for all students.

Position Summary:
The Elementary School Classroom Paraprofessional provides instructional, behavioral, and organizational support within the classroom setting to help students access curriculum and succeed academically and socially. Paraprofessionals collaborate closely with teachers and school staff to support individual students, small groups, and whole-class activities throughout the school day.
Essential Responsibilities:
Support classroom teachers in implementing daily instructional activities and routines

Elementary Intervention/Learning Specialist Lead Teacher (Literacy & Mathematics)
The Academy of Notre Dame in Tyngsboro, MA seeks a dynamic, student-centered Elementary Intervention Lead Teacher to support literacy and mathematics instruction across Grades K–5. This educator will play a critical leadership role in designing, implementing, and refining targeted interventions to meet the diverse academic needs of students.
The Intervention Lead Teacher will work collaboratively with Title I Literacy and Math Interventionists, paraprofessionals, classroom teachers, the school counselor, and administration to ensure a cohesive, data-informed, and responsive Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). This role requires a strong background in special education, experience supporting high-need learners, and the ability to guide faculty in effective Tier 2 instructional practices.
Key Responsibilities -
Instructional Duties:
Provide targeted, small-group and individualized instruction in literacy and mathematics for students requiring Tier 2 support
Use research-based intervention programs and strategies to address specific skill gaps
Progress monitor student growth regularly and adjust instruction based on data
Differentiate instruction to meet a wide range of academic and developmental needs
Support students with diverse learning profiles, including those with diagnosed or suspected learning differences
Create a supportive, structured learning environment that fosters student confidence and independence
Planning & Assessment Responsibilities:
Analyze screening, diagnostic, and formative assessment data to identify students in need of intervention
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized student support plans
Maintain clear documentation of student progress, interventions, and outcomes
Collaborate in the development and review of Student Support Plans, Accommodation Plans, and other intervention documentation
Assist in coordinating school-wide assessment schedules and data cycles
Leadership & Tier 2 Support:
Serve as a resource and instructional leader for Tier 2 intervention practices across Grades K–5
Support classroom teachers in identifying students needing additional support and in implementing targeted strategies within the classroom
Model effective intervention techniques and co-teach when appropriate
Provide guidance on differentiation, scaffolding, and progress monitoring
Lead or support professional development related to intervention strategies, data analysis, and inclusive instructional practices
Assist in refining and strengthening the school’s MTSS framework
Collaboration:
Work closely with Title I Literacy and Math Interventionists to ensure alignment and consistency in services
