“With so many summer programs and vacations cancelled, we want to ensure that our students and our neighboring children have the opportunity to socialize, learn new skills and have fun,” said NDA Head of School Dr. Vittoria Pacifico.
Students must pre-register for each session through the Academy’s website. Each session lists the target audience age, days and times the session will be offered and a list of supplies needed to participate in the class. Instructor qualifications are also listed on the website.
For safety and security purposes, each session will be recorded. All instructors underwent a background check in order to be a presenter for the program.
“We know that the last few months have been very difficult, especially for children. Summer Fun at NDA is one way we can help to ensure that all students have the opportunity to be engaged, socializing and learning new skills,” noted Dr. Pacifico.
To learn more, families should go to www.ndatyngsboro.org/summerfun/ and register to participate. The program is free for all; however, participants must register in advance to take part in an activity. Some sessions have participant limits and will close when full.
