To Alumni from the Class of 2011:

According to State Regulation No. 630M23.06, your temporary record which consists of all information not contained in the official school transcript, shall be destroyed no later than seven (7) years from the date of the student’s withdrawal, transfer, or graduation. The records may include, but are not limited to, standardized test results, extra-curricular activities, and teacher evaluations.

This summer, we will be destroying student records for those who graduated in 2011.  It is your right to obtain these records before they are destroyed.  

If you wish to obtain your records, please contact the Guidance Office at the Academy before July 31st, 2018. The phone number is 978-649-7611, ext. 333 or 334. Your records will then be held for a period of thirty (30) days after you contact the office.  If you will not be picking up the records yourself, you will need to provide your designee with signed permission for us to release your records to the designee.

The permanent record will be kept for sixty (60) years.
