“Our Open House is a very special event where families can explore our buildings and the beautiful 200-acre campus that we are lucky to call home,” says Lellios. “Families will gain helpful insight by speaking with our dedicated faculty and staff, as well as our devoted parents and alumnae. They will leave with a better understanding of the positive impact an NDA education can provide for a lifetime.”
“NDA constantly challenged me to grow as a student, leader and citizen of the world. At NDA, I was equipped to think critically about the issues we currently face as a society, and empowered to rise up and be part of the solutions,” says Dorothy Tovar an alumna from the Class of 2011 who graduated from UMass Amherst, Commonwealth Honors College in 2015 and is currently a Microbiology and Immunology PhD candidate at Stanford University. She plans to use her training to influence international policies impacting human health. There will also be opportunities to learn more about the Academy’s mission and ministry, both in the school and region.
“My NDA education, starting in Kindergarten and continuing to twelfth grade, has helped me to deepen my faith and explore my relationship with God,” said Senior Natalie Kelleher of Lowell. “Because of NDA, faith is a huge part of my life that is fostered through the guidance and knowledge of my teachers.”
The Academy of Notre Dame is a co-educational Pre-K through Grade 8 elementary and middle school and the home of the only all-girls, Catholic high school north of Boston.
