Children will learn to set running goals and achieve them. Games, challenges, obstacle courses and relays will be incorporated into each weekly run as well as music and how it can affect our running activities. Running bibs will be designed by participants prior to our race at the end of the session. Running club members should wear running sneakers and gym clothes to each session. There will be a pajama clothing running day mixed in this session, so stay tuned! Please have children bring a water bottle and a positive attitude!
